Meet the Bee Keeper:
Our Raw Honey comes from Kristof White of Bee Alchemy in Augusta Wisconsin. Kristof is a 3rd generation beekeeper. His bees forage on the seasonal blooms of Wisconsin, producing honey whose flavor and color change with the flowers they visit.
The honey is harvested only when ready and minimally processed to preserve natural enzymes, pollen, flavor and aroma that make the raw honey so special.
