For the Tincture, adults take 1 to 2 droppers as needed.
Elderberry: Elderberries are nutrient-dense and packed with antioxidants. Research suggests elderberry extracts may help shorten the duration and severity of upper respiratory symptoms. Emerging studies also point to promising benefits for digestive health, blood sugar balance, and healthy cholesterol levels.
Echinacea: Echinacea works by activating immune cells to support your body's natural response to viral respiratory challenges, helping reduce both the duration and intensity of cold and flu symptoms.
Oregano: A potent botanical ally, delivering strong antioxidant compounds that actively combat harmful pathogens while naturally calming inflammatory responses throughout the body.
Garlic: Possesses significant antiviral and immune-boosting properties that help the body prevent and fight off viral infections. Extensive pre-clinical and clinical research shows that its natural sulfur compounds can disrupt how viruses function while strengthening your body's immune defenses.
Licorice Root: Known for notable antiviral properties, primarily driven by its main active compound, glycyrrhizin. Clinical studies indicate that licorice extracts can combat viral infections through several distinct biological mechanisms.
Peppermint: Contains active plant compounds including menthol and rosmarinic acid that support your body's natural antiviral response.
Ginger: Ginger root delivers potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support, helping shield cells from oxidative stress to fortify your body's natural immune defenses.
Lemon Balm: Contains strong antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties that help the body fight off or manage specific viral infections. Research indicates that its primary active compounds—such as rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid, tannins, and volatile oils—directly interact with viruses to inhibit their growth.
