Directions

To prepare as a tea, add 1 tsp. of herb to 8 oz. water in a pot. Cover and simmer 15-30 minutes, strain and serve immediately.

Suggested Uses

Use to make a wellness tea, and in homemade syrup. In additon use to make infusions, tinctures, poultices and topical salve.
