How to Use:
Directions:
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
Suggested Uses:
Brew as a tea, and mix it with lemongrass for broth for soups, and can be added to make tea blends.
Create tinctures, extract or infused oils.
