Common Uses:
Common Uses & Dilution Guidelines

Personal Care: Body Wash / Shampoo

A few drops directly on a washcloth or loofah; work into a lather.

Personal Care: Shaving / Face Wash

10–15 drops in hands, lather with water and apply to face.

Household: All-Purpose Spray ¼ cup of castile soap in a spray bottle filled with water (approx. 1 quart). Add essential oils.

Household: Floor & Surface Mopping

1–2 tablespoons in a bucket of hot water and can add essential oils.

Kitchen / Garden: Produce or Plant Bug Wash¼ teaspoon in a bowl of water for produce;

1 tsp per quart of water for plants.

Note: Never mix castile soap with vinegar or acidic liquids, as it breaks the emulsion and creates a sticky, insoluble residue.
