This combination of herbs and melatonin will help your little ones drift to sleep. Dosage
3-11 yrs -1/8 tsp
12+ yrs - 1/4 tsp
Shake well. Take half hour before bedtime. (1 dropperful = 1/8 tsp)
TIP: It's best to start with the lowest dose and increase until you find the correct dosage for you.
